Thank you for the work. I am looking for a simple photography template that is full screen, responsive for portable devices, and very clean/minimal. I do not have a need for sliders, blog entries/posts, video, etc.

I don’t that there are any free themes that combines both of these aspects together. At least I haven’t noticed one. But for premium themes it is really common layout and you can find plenty of examples like these on photography theme colelction and fullscreen theme collection which you can find here.
Let me know if you have any other question about my above mentioned theme collection or any theme listed on Colorlib.

You have two options. You can either use plugins such as Jetpack or other plugins or use premium themes that are more flexible. The best place to start is to look into this theme collection.

From there you should follow theme documentation which could be included in readme.txt file that you can find inside theme folder and proceed from there.
If that doesn’t help, one support ticket on WordPress.org for that theme and most likely developer will come back to you.

WordPress themes have very little to do about registration and user submitted content. WordPress core handles that already by default and there is no way themes can break this functionality. However, user registration is disabled by default in WordPress and you have to enable it separately but it but it is a single checkbox under Settings >> General >> “Anyone can register”. It as simple as that and from there everyone will be able to register and post content based on their user permissions you can set on that same page under “New User Default Role”.
okay..so the user submission part is done and thx a lot for that. now can u suggest me like which theme is best acc to u where I could use the menu options home photos contests blog. also I’m thinking about putting the contests as a public opinion i.e whichever photo gets the highest like will win. how do I enable each photo with social media plugin or just a simple like plugin. please help me. I’m very new at it. and I’m just a high school student. hope I’m not bothering you.

While this theme doesn’t have this kind of functionality by default it would be fairly easy to implement it for a WordPress developer. Not for a regular user though but it can be done.
Any of above listed themes are compatible with Envira Galley.

Please do a world a favor and don’t create another wallpaper website. I know where this trend comes from and what ebooks you have read to come to this “unique” idea. This ship has sailed and tactics described on those ebooks no longer works. Therefore come up with something much more unique and valuable to your audience. It is not about creating yet another clone website but to create a website that has never existed before and there is a demand for your content, service or products.
